CHARGING INFRASTRUCTURE AT POLYTEC LOCATIONS

POWER ON! is not only POLYTEC's motto in the development and production of plastic solutions for the electric future. From now on, this motto also applies directly outside the company's own factory gates. As a responsible company on the road to an environmentally friendly future, POLYTEC is now investing in the central expansion of its own e-charging infrastructure in line with its sustainability strategy. The locations in Hörsching and Wolmirstedt have already been equipped with charging stations - more will follow.

Charging facilities are gradually being made available to visitors and the company's own fleet at numerous European locations. In the first stage, 30 charging points are planned. They will be supplied and centrally controlled by the Austrian technology company ENIO. On the hardware side, POLYTEC is relying on a master-slave system from Keba, which can be expanded in future to include load management from ENIO.

New e-charging columns in front of the POLYTEC headquarters in Hörsching: the photovoltaic system on the factory roof currently provides 500 kWp of green charging power.
