BEING CLOSE TO THE INVESTOR

In order to secure a comprehensive, timely and transparent presentation of POLYTEC GROUP information of relevance to the capital markets, the Board of Directors and the Investor Relations Manager maintain constant contacts with stockholders.

POLYTEC presents road shows and arranges investors’ meetings at European venues, and participates in several investor conferences with the aim of reporting upon the current business figures and development of the company.

In addition, investor visits to POLYTEC headquarters in Hörsching, Austria, are organised and plant tours offered, while a regular dialogue was continued with institutional and private investors and analysts by means of frequent telephone conferences.

The POLYTEC GROUP voluntarily publishes interim reports for the first and third quarters in order to provide shareholders with up-to-date information over and above the minimum statutory reporting requirements.
