Participation Conditions

POLYTEC Holding AG, Polytec-Strasse 1, 4063 Hörsching, Austria (subsequently referred to as “POLYTEC” for short) assumes no liability for the postings/sharings and the content of personal messages in connection with the use of Facebook or Instagram. Facebook and Instagram only provide the interfaces for participation in the prize competition to which they are otherwise unconnected.  Facebook and Instagram are unavailable as contact partners for questions, suggestions and problems in connection with this prize competition. Facebook/Instagram have no links to the prize competition and have not provided it with any form of sponsoring, support or organisation. Upon perusal comments that contravene Facebook-/Instagram guidelines, Austrian law, our netiquette and/or copyright will be removed without warning. The participant is thus excluded from the prize draw.    

Persons resident in Austria or Germany, who are above the age of fourteen, shall be entitled to participate. All valid entries in accordance with the separate information relating to the respective prize competition received prior to the individual closing date shall be included in the prize draw. By taking part, the participants expressly recognise these conditions of participation. The beginning and end of participation, as well as information regarding how one can take part in the respective prize competition will be made known separately on the POLYTEC Facebook/Instagram fan page. If participation in the prize competition takes place via comments, several comments will be evaluated as a single login. Unless otherwise stated, the choice of the winners will be made by POLYTEC according to chance. 

Apart from the notification of the winners, no correspondence will take place with regard to the prize competition or the prize draw. Conversion into cash is not possible. The winners of the draw will be informed directly via the respective prize competition channel (Facebook or Instagram). The prizes will be sent to the winners by post subject to the precondition that address data was provided in the course of the correspondence relating to notification of the win. POLYTEC retains the right to alter at any time the conditions for participation or other preconditions relating to the prize competition, including its termination. Legal recourse is excluded.     

The participants hereby declare their consent to the publication by POLYTEC on its Facebook or Instagram pages of their entries for the prize competition promotion, as well as their names in this connection, the prize draw and the handling or presentation of the participatory contributions.  With this declaration of consent, the participants also agree to the processing of data for the purpose of organising the competition.

We will process your data solely for the completion/handling of the prize competition. Should you be a winner, your name will be published at the respective win issuing point specified by you. A failure to provide the data listed above means that participation in the prize competition is excluded.
