Professionally or in private life: we learn throughout our entire lives. We accompany apprentices, trainees and dual students during their education. In addition, we help experienced employees to deepen their competences and skills with individual training opportunities.

TRAINEE PROGRAMME

We offer trainee programmes depending on demand. Career starters can spend a period of one or two years in different areas. This allows them to familiarise themselves with internal processes and gain valuable experience.
