POLYTEC GROUP has been informed that the CROSS Industries AG currently (as of November 17, 2006) holds a total of 1,173,598 (5.3%) of POLYTEC GROUP´s ordinary shares.

The management of POLYTEC GROUP welcomes the shareholding of CROSS Industries AG as a statement for the strategic objectives of POLYTEC GROUP.

CROSS Industries AG stresses that the company’s activities are not made with the intention of exerting control over the company in which CROSS Industries AG is a shareholder.
