Due to the announced details for a financial restructuring of POLYTEC HOLDING AG, disclosed per “Ad hoc release” on May 11, 2009, and the hence resulting impact on the full year results of POLYTEC HOLDING AG, a further postponement is necessary.

According to the new date for a release of the full year results 2008, the date for the first quarter 2009 as well as the date for the AGM 2008 has to be rescheduled.
