The POLYTEC INDUSTRIAL DIVISION produces quality plastic mouldings made from PUR elastomers for industrial applications at two sites.  The products feature particularly high resistance to wear as well as durability and are produced using the centrifugal casting process, spray coating, as well as other processing variants. The result is a broad group of products ranging from 2 grammes to 2,500 kilogrammes in weight.

At the same time the production process encompasses material development, pre-treatment, purification as well as the hot moulding itself. Among the applications of this technology are, for example, rollers for lift installations, cranes and escalators as well as anti-corrosion and noise-reducing insulating layers which can be found throughout the engineering sector.

In addition, POLYTEC EMC produces customised multi-component mixing and metering systems for processing reactive plastics using the low pressure process. POLYTEC EMC takes care of the entire manufacturing process from the planning stage right through to assembly and test run as well as employee training.
